Power Dryer: For drying moist gases
The innovative SILOXA Power Dryer dries biogas, sewage gas, and landfill gas. Its standard features include a gas cooler, a chiller unit, a cold brine circuit, and condensate separation, and the unit is delivered pre-assembled on a frame. Maximum performance with reduced energy usage
The SILOXA Power Dryer Eco Line is an advanced version of our successful SILOXA Power Dryer. In the Eco Line version, it uses ambient air for gas drying through the built-in air cooler. With this technical development, the Power Dryer Eco Line can provide cooling using only ambient air for approximately 300 days a year. On the remaining days, when the ambient temperature is insufficient for cooling, the chiller unit activates.
Like the Power Dryer, each component of the Power Dryer Eco Line has been designed with durability under all weather conditions in mind, ensuring the Power Dryer Eco Line is suitable for outdoor installation. In its standard version, the Power Dryer Eco Line includes a gas cooler, an air cooler, a chiller unit with a cold brine circuit, and condensate separation.

GK: comprehensive gas cooling unit
Our gas drying system GK is perfectly suited for drying biogas, sewage gas, and landfill gas. The self-regulating GK is equipped with an integrated control system, which manages all connected units.
It contains all the necessary components for effective and cost-effective cooling of gas: a gas cooler, condensate separator, cold brine circuit, and chiller unit. As standard, the GK is delivered pre-assembled, and frame mounted. Upon request however, individual components are also available for customized installation.

GKW: Gas dehumidification and more
The SILOXA gas washing and drying system GKW is a compact module for preparation of biogas, sewage gas, and landfill gas. It dehumidifies and washes contaminated gases. The gas, saturated with water vapor, flows upwards in counter current to the cold water through the packed column—a packing layer where an intensive heat and mass transfer occurs between the incoming gas and the cold water. As a result, the passing gas is cooled down, and the oversaturated water vapor condenses directly into the downward flowing wash water.
The biggest benefits are that during this process, solid and liquid gas impurities such as dust particles or aerosols are almost completely washed out. Gaseous pollutants like H2S or ammonia are also reduced according, dependent on their solubility in water.

ADTR: gas drying systems for biomethane gas
Our adsorption drying systems for biomethane gas consist of two separate adsorber vessels which operate alternately for optimal results. The vessels each contain a packed bed of a high-quality desiccant which allows dew points of up to -80°C to be attained. The alternating operation allows both adsorber vessels to regenerate regularly. This approach, combined with our commitment to quality, ensures maximum durability.
